At Stokstyf, we understand that privacy is just as important as performance. That is why we guarantee a 100% Discrete Shipping & Packaging Process for every single order.

1. Discrete Packaging Guarantee

    • Your order will arrive in a plain, unbranded brown box or courier flyer bag.

    • There is absolutely no mention of "Stokstyf", "Stamina", or product details anywhere on the outside of the package.

    • The shipping label will display our parent distributor name, Veldpharm, to ensure complete privacy.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

    • We ship to all locations within the borders of South Africa via premium local courier networks (including The Courier Guy, Fastway, and Pargo).

    • Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days to main centers, and up to 5 business days for outlying or rural areas.

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link via email or SMS. The tracking overview will show your package status discretely without listing individual item descriptions.
