Refund & Return Policy
Due to the personal and health-sensitive nature of the Stokstyf product matrix (including our capsules, oral jellies, and beverage blends), safety is our highest priority. Please read our return parameters carefully:
1. Unopened Items (30-Day Return Window)

- We accept returns on items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate an unopened return, please contact us at info@veldpharm.co.za with your order number.
- Return courier costs for unopened items are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Opened or Used Items

- For health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products where the seal has been broken, opened, or partially consumed (including single-serve Woema sachets or Elke dag capsule bottles).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect product variation, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please send photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item to info@veldpharm.co.za, and we will arrange a complimentary priority courier replacement.
